Pool Building Information & FAQ
After your initial contact with Burleigh Pools by either visiting our display pool and showroom, telephoning or contacting us via the companies Web Site, a member of our customer service team will assist you through the first stages of selecting a swimming pool to suit your needs and make an appointment with a sales consultant.
Once an appointment has been made the consultant will meet with you at the proposed pool site. At this initial consultation, they will assess the site and you can express your special needs further.
The next step is for your representative to prepare a tailor-made design and quote for your swimming pool - consulting with other members of the Burleigh Pools team where needed.
When you are satisfied with the representative’s proposal, he will prepare your S.P.A.SA contract and guide you through the terms and conditions. Your plans will be drawn up by our engineer and submitted to council for approval. Once building approval is authorised, our construction supervisor will liaise with you on a start date and any other arrangements that need to be made.
During the construction period our administration and construction teams will be available to assist you with any queries.
When the pool is finished and all financials are complete a representative from Burleigh Pools will "handover" the pool to you and ensure that you are conversant in the proper use and ongoing care of your new pool. Our Accredited Specialiasts in Pool and Spa water maintenance at our display centre will also be available to provide you with all the necessary back-up and discounted chemicals to keep your pool sparkling. Enjoy! |
